About this course
تتناول هذه المادة دراسة سلوك سوق العمل وتحليل العلاقات الاقتصادية المرتبطة به، حيث تركز على مفاهيم العرض والطلب على العمل والعوامل المؤثرة فيهما، إضافة إلى دراسة الأجور ونظرياتها وعلاقتها بالإنتاجية. كما تبحث في رأس المال البشري وأهميته في تحسين كفاءة القوى العاملة، إلى جانب تحليل قضايا البطالة والتضخم وتأثيرها على التوظيف. وتشمل المادة أيضًا دراسة اختلافات الأجور، واتحادات العمال، والمفاوضات الجماعية، ودور السياسات الاقتصادية في تنظيم سوق العمل وتوزيع الدخل. وتهدف المادة إلى تمكين الطلبة من فهم ديناميكيات سوق العمل وتحليل القضايا الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المرتبطة به على المستوى المحلي والدولي.
